When TROVA needed to understand how its electrified trucks were performing in real operation, connected monitoring became a key part of the offer. Together with Consat Digital Solutions, the company developed a platform that makes it possible to track vehicle data in real time, detect faults early, and create a stronger foundation for continued product development.
The solution gives TROVA clearer insight into battery status, vehicle health, and operational performance, while also laying the groundwork for future digital services.

The challenge
TROVA needed real-time visibility into how its electrified trucks were performing in operation. In an early commercial phase, it was critical to verify performance, detect faults quickly, and create a stable foundation for further development and future scale-up.
The solution
Consat adapted an existing IoT platform and gateway to TROVA’s European vehicle setup. The solution combines onboard data collection, an IoT platform, and an application layer that makes it possible to monitor performance, battery and vehicle health, as well as handle alarms and fault events.
The result
TROVA gained an operational view of its trucks at an early stage. The platform supports both day-to-day monitoring and long-term product refinement, while also creating the conditions for future services such as remote monitoring and more data-driven support.
