Consat Engineering’s cloud-based Charging Management Solution (CMS) helps organisations manage and optimise electric vehicle charging infrastructure. The solution improves operational efficiency, uptime, and enables the integration of new digital services.
In close collaboration with the customer, Consat Engineering developed CMS – a flexible solution that enables remote monitoring and service management of charging stations, regardless of provider.
Objective: To deliver a cloud-based, vendor-independent system for efficient maintenance and servicing of EV charging infrastructure.

The challenge
With charging stations supplied by multiple vendors, the customer faced considerable challenges in maintenance and service management. A unified solution was needed to effectively monitor, diagnose, and optimise the infrastructure.
The solution
Consat Engineering developed CMS – a cloud-based system allowing remote operation, capacity distribution, and real-time monitoring of charging infrastructure. Key features include real-time monitoring and optimisation, remote diagnostics and service handling, load balancing, and more.
The result
With CMS in place, the customer significantly increased operational efficiency within its service operations, ensured higher charger uptime, and enabled the delivery of new optimised services. Real-time monitoring and proactive service led to smoother operations and simplified integration of additional chargers.
