We offer camera- and laser-based vision systems for inspection and verification. CQV, our camera-based platform, is used for high-precision inspection of geometry, shape, orientation and surface features, while Optonova, our laser-based platform, is designed for reflective, irregular and complex surfaces.

CQV: camera-based vision for flexible, high-speed inspection

CQV is Consat’s camera-based vision platform, used where geometry, shape,
orientation or surface features must be inspected with high precision.

The platform is well suited for applications such as:

  • Dimensional control and geometry verification
  • Surface inspection and defect detection
  • Orientation, completeness and assembly checks
  • High-speed inspection in food, pharma and manufacturing

CQV is a flexible platform that can be adapted to single production lines
as well as scaled across multiple applications, with real-time feedback
to production systems.

Optonova: laser-based vision for demanding surfaces and materials

Optonova is our laser-based vision platform, used for example on reflective,
irregular or complex surfaces.

Typical applications include:

  • Inspection of welds and metallic surfaces
  • Detection of small deviations on rough or shiny materials
  • Measurement and analysis where depth and topology are critical
  • Surface inspection of most sheet materials, especially lacquered furniture panels and flooring

Optonova-based solutions are often production-critical and used in environments
with extreme quality and safety requirements.
