The challenge
Scania needed a fast and reliable way to produce custom tools for global production. Their requirements – involving diverse production needs, complex technical specifications, and global application – demanded strong delivery capacity and technical know-how.
The solution
Consat set up a process where concept, design, and manufacturing are tightly connected. The team has developed tools for installing plastic covers, radar sensors for distance measurement, and even automated braking systems.
