The challenge
High-speed hygiene production demands precision, reliability and real-time quality assurance. Beyond the vision systems, the customer also needed to reduce the complexity of its dispenser products – without compromising on function or durability.
The solution
Consat developed a fast and robust vision system that monitors multiple quality parameters in real time, along with a new dispenser platform where the number of components was reduced and assembly time shortened. In addition, Consat’s on-site engineers supported tooling reviews and production start-up.
